BMC Projects are undertaking the full build on our latest development, beginning with a comprehensive groundworks and preparation phase. This includes site clearance, reduced level dig and setting out, followed by trench excavation for strip foundations and installation of reinforced concrete bases to support the superstructure. Our team is also managing the installation of foul and surface water drainage systems, complete with inspection chambers and connections to mains services. By delivering precise and robust groundworks, we create a stable platform for the rest of the build and ensure that all underground services are in place before progressing to the next stages of construction.
